Seasonal rental

Length of stay: 1 week to 3 months.

Period: all year round from January to December

Availability : on request

Rates: €10,000 to €15,000 per month depending on the period and duration; weekly
rate: €3,500 to €5,000 depending on the month chosen and special events

The price includes the exclusive use of the apartment, free access to all the sports
equipment of the Domaine de Gairaut, assistance from the Conciergerie, wifi, sheets,
towels and bathrobes, towels swimming pool and/or beach, personalized welcome
with presentation of the apartment, delivery of the keys and the welcome booklet.
